摘要
面对着日益严格的环保要求 ,贵州铝厂目前正在使用的旁插自焙阳极槽必须加以改造。将自焙槽改为预焙槽是最可取的方案。本文将传统 6 0kA旁插自焙槽的技术经济数据与改成预焙槽后的数据进行了对比。研究结果表明 ,在自焙槽现有阴极结构和阴极母线排列不变的情况下 ,这种改造在技术上是可行的 。
Faced with increasingly strict demand of environment protection, the Soderberg cell with side pins, to be in use in Guizhou Aluminium Plant, must be retrofitted. The most available scheme is to retrofit the Soderberg cell into a prebaked anode cell. The economic and technical data of traditional 60 kA Soderberg cell are compared with those of retrofitted prebaked cell in this paper. The study results have shown that the retrofitting is feasible technologically and economically. No change is needed in the conducting bus and cathode parts except the anode parts.
