摘要
试验证明在所选测定波长下 ,钨基体对测定元素无光谱重叠干扰 ,但存在着背景增强干扰。选用双波长测定同一元素 ,提高了分析结果的可靠性。通过条件试验 ,建立了ICP -AES法同时测定稀土钨电极中La、Ce、Y的分析方法 ,并应用于实际样品的分析 ,加标回收率为 97.5 %~ 10 5 .8%。
It is demonstrated that there is no direct spectral overlap interference to the elements under determination by W matrix at specified wavelengths, but some bigger up shift of background occurs in the test. The reliability of analytical results is increased by using two wavelengths for determination of the same element. The method is established for analyzing three rare earth elements such as La, Ce, Y in rare earth tungsten electrode by optimizing test. Real samples are analyzed by the method, and the recovery in standard addition is from 97.5% to 105.8%.
