项目经理负责制已在中国企业中开始实行 ,并逐渐成为各类项目管理的有效方法之一。本文讨论了项目经理的作用、职责、条件 ,并以贸易和工程建设领域为例 。
Project manager system has come into effect in Chinese enterprises and becomes an effective way of managing various projects. The functions, responsibilities and qualifications of project managers are discussed in this paper. The working scopes and characteristics of project managers are also stated with such areas as international trade and engineering construction business being examples.
