甲氨蝶呤联合环磷酰胺治疗类风湿关节炎IL-21水平的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨甲氨蝶呤联合环磷酰胺治疗类风湿关节炎对患者血清IL-21水平的影响。方法选取我院254例类风湿关节炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为MTX组(口服甲氨蝶呤治疗)、CTX组(环磷酰胺静脉滴注治疗)和MTX联合CTX组(口服甲氨蝶呤联合环磷酰胺静脉滴注治疗),对3组患者入院时及治疗开始后第6、12、24周血清IL-21进行检测分析。结果 3组患者第12、24周血清IL-21明显低于入院时,差异具有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01);MTX联合CTX组第12、24周血清IL-21明显低于其他两组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论使用甲氨蝶呤联合环磷酰胺治疗类风湿关节炎对患者血清IL-21水平影响效果显著,临床疗效显著。
