子宫内膜异位症合并宫颈、子宫峡部恶性中胚叶混合瘤1例

摘要 1临床资料患者,36岁,因＂左侧卵巢囊肿剥除术后2年,发现附件包块半年＂入院。患者平素月经规律,轻度痛经,周期24~25d,经期7d。22岁结婚,婚后正常性生活,未避孕一直未孕。2009年曾因B超提示左卵巢囊肿,外院行腹腔镜下左卵巢囊肿剥除术,术后病理提示子宫内膜异位症。妇科检查：外阴已婚式,阴道畅,黏膜正常,宫颈光滑,子宫中位正常大小,后壁触及质硬结节,质中,无压痛,左附件区可及一直径约4cm包块,活动差、无压痛。
