摘要
引入了浮选入料粒度分布函数、各粒度下的密度条件分布函数及各粒度密度下的浮选速率常数分布函数 ,对浮选入料的不均匀性进行了较全面的描述和刻划 ,以分批浮选数学模型为基础 ,导出了煤泥浮选的粒群总体平衡模型 .进行了大量的分批浮选实验 ,详细考察了各品级煤在不同的操作变量条件下的浮选规律 .
Three functions describing particle size distribution, particle density distribution for each size grade, and floatability distribution were introduced. In addition, based on the first order model, a population balance model describing the heterogeneous nature of feed was derived. Furthermore, The flotation behavior of each species at different levels of reagent dosage and air volumetric flow rate was studied in detail based on a lot of batch cell flotation experiments.
