焦油蒸馏塔的多变量广义自适应预报控制

摘要 焦油蒸馏是煤化工生产过程的第一道关键工序 ,直接影响工业萘对焦油的产率和后序工段的加工难度、产品质量及能耗 ,而其操作难度高于炼油蒸馏塔 .本文分析了焦油蒸馏塔的生产工艺特点和控制策略 ,将广义预报控制方法 ( GPC)推广到 M×M多变量系统 ( M个 MISO系统 )应用于焦油蒸馏塔控制 ,并采取了多种鲁棒性策略 ,使得控制系统运行平稳 ,各项工艺参数均超过了原设计指标 . The distillation of coal tar is the first key procesdure of productive process of coal chemical industry. It directly interferes the yield of industrial Naphthalene,the degree of processing difficulty in latter precesses,the quality of produces and the consumption of energy.Its operation is more difficult than that of oil refining distillatory tower. The produce technical characters and control strategies of coal tar distillatory tower were analysed. The generalized predictive control(GPC) method was extended to M×M multivariable system( M systems of MISO), and MGPC was applied to the control of coal tar distillatory tower. Robustness strategies are used and stablized operation of the control system is obtained. All the technical parameters are better than the previous design index.
