摘要目的观察甲泼尼龙治疗克罗米酚(CC)耐药的多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者的临床效,探讨其可行性。方法选择30例CC耐药的PCOS患者,在CC治疗的基础上给予甲泼尼龙口服,记录患者治疗前后人体体征、体质量指数(BMI)、血清激素水平及监测排卵,同时指导性生活,并随访1年,了解妊娠情况。结果甲泼尼龙治疗后内分泌激素水平改善,血清LH、A、T水平、LH/FSH比值及多毛与痤疮评分差有显著性(P<0.01),且取得较高的排卵率(80.0%)、妊娠率(66.6%)。结论甲泼尼龙治疗CC耐药的PCOS是行之有效的,便于临床应用和推广。 Objeetive To investigate the clinical effect and the feasibility of Methylprednisolone（MP）for patients with chlorarniphene（CC）resistant polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS）.Methofls Thirty patients with CC resistant PCOS were treated with CC＋MP, the body sign, BMI, serum levels of sex hormone were checked before and after the treatment.Ovulation was monitored after treatment, A follow-up was carried out for one year.Results The serum levels of A, T, LH, LH/FSH, Hirsutism and Ache score decreased significantly after treatment（P〈0.01）, pregnancy rate（80%）and ovulation rate（66.6%）increased. Conelusiun MP was effective to CC resistant PCOS for clinical use.
