美能联合顺尔宁治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效观察

Compound Glycyrrhizin Combined Montelukast Treatment of Cough Variant Asthma

目的观察美能联合顺尔宁治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效。方法将符合临床诊断的咳嗽变异性哮喘97例按随机原则分为治疗组(52例,采用美能联合顺尔宁治疗)和对照组(45例,给予舒喘灵片和辅舒酮气雾剂),比较治疗后两组疗效。结果与对照组比较,治疗组总有效率94.23%,观察组总有效率75.56%,经统计学分析,说明治疗组有效率显著高于对照组;治疗结束后随访3个月观察复发情况,治疗组复发率9.62%,观察组24.44%,经统计学分析,说明治疗组3个月复发率明显低于对照组。结论美能联合顺尔宁治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效显著,复发率低。

Objective To Observation on the therapeutic effect of Compound Glycyrrhizin combination with montelukast treatment of cough variant asthma. Conclusion Compound Glyeyrrhizin Combined with montelukast treatment of cough variant asthma significantly, The recurrence rate is low.
