摘要
根据力学原理 ,论述了大铸件易产生夹砂的原因 ,以及热湿拉强度对夹砂缺陷的影响 ,认为夹砂的力学实质是薄板的受压失稳 .分析了型砂原始水分含量影响夹砂产生的原因 ,并对铸件产生多处夹砂的原因作出了解释 .
According to the mechanism principle, the causes of occurring scab easily on big castings and the influences of wet tensile strength on scab were discussed. It is sure that the mechanics essence of scab is thin slab’s destabilization in pressure. The influence of original moisture on scab was analyzed, and the cause that several scabs occur on one casting was explained.
