射频靶点热凝消融术联合脉冲射频治疗复杂性腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察射频靶点热凝消融术联合脉冲射频治疗复杂性、难治性腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的临床疗效及安全性。方法 83例LDH患者,其中单纯椎间盘突出者46例,通过关节突内侧入路经皮穿刺到椎间盘后,运用射频仪分别从80℃-85℃-90℃进行连续射频靶点热凝消融;另外37例患者为腰椎间盘突出合并钙化、或关节突关节增生、或椎管轻度狭窄者,运用射频靶点热凝术基础上,再联合脉冲射频治疗4个周期。结果两组病例的临床疗效均明显改善,两种治疗方法均未发生并发症。结论射频靶点热凝消融术联合脉冲射频治疗复杂性腰椎间盘突出症的疗效较满意,是一种安全性较高且适用证更宽的微创治疗方法。
