摘要
目的探讨母婴床旁护理对初产妇适应母亲角色及护理婴儿的影响。方法选取2011年3月至2011年11月在我院分娩的初产妇260例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组130例,实验组产妇采取母婴床旁护理模式,对照组产妇采取传统护理模式,采取调查问卷的方式对两组产妇进行评估,统计并比较两组产妇适应母亲角色和护理婴儿的能力。观察统计两组婴儿的有效吸吮次数。结果实验组产妇适应母亲角色的评分和护理婴儿的评分都高于对照组孕妇,采取母婴床旁护理模式的婴儿有效吸吮次数多,P<0.01,具有统计学意义。结论母婴床旁护理模式有利于产妇适应母亲角色,可以更快更好的护理新生儿,各种感染情况的发生概率也比较低,可以提高妇产科的综合质量。
Objective To explore nursing matemal and infant beside the bed to primipara adapt to the mother＇s role and nursing the baby＇s influence. Methods The March 2011 to November 2011 in our hospital obstetric primipara 260 cases were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, each group 130 examples, take the maternal maternal and infant bedside care mode, control group maternity adopts the traditional nursing mode, adopt questionnaire way for the two groups of maternity evaluation, statistics and compared between the two groups maternity adapt to the mother＇s role and nursing the baby＇s ability. Conclusion Maternal and child bedside care model is beneficial for the puerpera adapt to the mother＇s role, can be faster better nursing babies, all kinds of infection happening probability is low, can improve the overall quality of obstetrics and gynecology.
