辊磨机辊面硬质合金圆柱与基体过盈配合的有限元分析

Analysis on the Inter-surface between the Cylinder Inserts and Holes of the Surface of Grinding Roll

摘要 使用大型通用有限元分析软件ANSYS中的结构分析模块,对高压辊磨机辊面镶嵌硬质合金圆柱与基体过盈配合时,圆柱插入基体的全过程进行分析计算,得到了三种不同过盈量下,圆柱插入基体过程中应力的变化情况。通过对计算结果的分析比较,得出了可能产生裂纹危险区的位置及较理想的过盈量,为实际装配及结构设计构设计时过盈量的选择提供理论指导。 The surface of the high-pressure grinding roll has been analyzed by using the ANSYS software. The stress variation during the procedure of the cylinder-shaped hard alloy pieces inserting into the roll surface has been considered with three different magnitudes of interference. The possible position of the cracks and considerable magnitudes of interference have been got, which are very useful for assembling practice and structure designing.
