摘要
分析了振动时效（VSR）的机理，介绍了振动时效替代热时效消除内应力的处理过程，国内外的具体应用事例、处理效果及其节能、快捷的特点，并指出了这一工艺在煤炭机械制造中的推广应用前景。
Through analyzing the mechanism of vibration stress relief(VSR), the paper introduces the relieving inner stress process of VSR substituted for heat stress relief, and concrete examples in foreign and domestic, processing effects and the features of energy-saving and fast-way, and point out that the great prospect of the new technology applied in coal machinery manufacturing.
