This article presented a doubt to this current popular means getting the conclusion on the contents and objectives of the Quality- oriented Education, and proposed the Quality-oriented Education in higher education is ought to dominated humanistic education ,and regarded the cultivation of humanistic spirit as a core target of the Quality-oriented Education, as well as regarded culturing the qualities of moral and human personality, culturing the quality of the modern citizen , and culture quality as a more reasonable contents and objectives of the Quality-oriented Education in higher education.
