本文通过对专业教师及"双师型"教师队伍建设中存在的问题及原因的分析,从教育行政部门的政策支持、观念转变、加强培训等方面探讨职业院校"双师型"教师队伍建设的方法和措施。

By analyzing the problems and causes exist in building the ＂double-qualified＂ teaching staff among technical schools, we discussed the methods and measures from several aspects such as political support from administrative department of education, change in conception and enhance practical training.
