摘要
针对蓄热式加热炉温度控制中存在的非线性、时变、大滞后难以确定数学模型的特点,提出一种参数自调整模糊控制和改进型双交叉限幅控制相结合的算法,并通过PLC编程实现。在实际运用中,取得了良好的控制效果。
Aiming at the temperatue control of regenerative heating furnace, there are the characteristics of non-linearity, time-varying and big delay, an algrithm based on fuzzy control of parameter self-regulating and improved double cross limited range control was put forward, and achieved by PLC programming.In a real application, a good control effect was achieved.
