The Research and Application of Key Problems About the Main Hoisting Automation Unloading in Mine

本文针对平煤八矿主井卸载自动化系统存在问题,设计出一套针对性方案,主要解决主井卸载箕斗滞煤问题,保障提升箕斗安全运行,实现自动化生产,最终实现主井定重装卸载自动控制系统的无人值守,提高了运行效率。

This paper analyzes the existential questions about mine shaft unloading automation system of Pingdingshan No.8 mine, then designs a specific countermeasure which mainly to solve coal slowmoving problem when main shaft unloading skip. This countermeasure can ensure the safe operation of skip in hoisting and implement automated production. At last, this countermeasure achieve unattended of the main shaft Loading and Unloading automatic control system to improve the operating efficiency.
