本文主要论述世界汽车工业的兼并收购浪潮所引发的世界汽车零部件工业大改组的原因、实例和趋势。阐明了在世界汽车工业急剧大动荡中,由少数超级跨国汽车公司控制的世界汽车工业及90年代世界汽车零部件公司展开的激烈竞争和汽车产业结构的变化。特别论述了美国汽车零部件公司对欧洲汽车零部件公司采取的大规模收购攻势。重点介绍了由于世界汽车零部件产业格局的变化,日本汽车整车公司采购政策的变化及日本汽车零部件产业所面临的新课题。最后指出以全球化与模块化为特征的世界汽车工业大改组进一步发展的趋势。
The reason and trend of merger in the world auto industry is stated. In a big turbulent situation the structure of the world auto industry has greatly changed and a intense struggle has taken place a-mong the big auto companies. American auto parts companies merger European companies on a large scale. Changes of purchasing policy of Japanese auto companies and problems which they will face to are mainly introduced. The further developing trend of globalization and modulus of the world auto industry reorganization is pointed out.
