肿瘤医院处方点评情况分析

An Analysis of the Prescription Review in Cancer Hospitals

目的分析我院不合理处方(医嘱),促进临床合理用药。方法随机抽取我院2012年1月～12月门诊处方1200张和病区病历1200本,按照《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》的要求点评处方(医嘱),对其基本指标及不合理处方(医嘱)情况进行统计分析。结果抽查的1200份门诊处方中,药品平均品种数1.71种,使用药品通用名处方比率97.80%,处方平均金额为398.02元,抗菌药物处方占6.75%,注射剂处方占41.17%,不合理处方占4.33%。抽查的1200本病历中,不合理病历占7.83%。结论 2012年我院的少部分处方存在多种不规范行为。通过开展处方点评,对处方行为进行事后干预,可提高处方质量,促进临床合理用药。

Objective To analyze the irrational prescriptions in order to promote rational use of drugs in cancer hospital. Meth-ods A total of 1 200 outpatient prescriptions and 1 200 medical records in 2012 were sampled randomly to comment. The basic drug use indexes and irrational prescriptions were subjected to statistical analysis. Results Of the total 1 200 outpatient prescriptions sam- pled, the average number of drug kinds per prescription was 1.71, the ratio of prescriptions using common drug name was 97.80%, the average amount of per prescription was 398.02 RMB, the rate of antimicrobial drug use was 6.75%, the rate of injection drug use was 41.17%, and the rate of irrational prescription was 4.33%. Of the total 1 200 medical records sampled,the rate of irrational record was 7.83 %. Conclusion There were many kinds of irregularity in a few of prescriptions in our hospital in 2012. Prescription review could establish ex post intervention, improve the quality of prescription and promote the level of rational drug use.
