On Proposing “Three Kinds of Self-doing” to Push on the Construction of Harmonious Campus

"三自"育人即自我教育、自我管理、自我服务。自我教育能自立立人,自我管理能示范他人,自我服务能带动他人。加强民主法制教育,提高"三自"意识;加强班级民主建设,创建民主和谐集体;加强制度建设,建立"三自"育人的引导机制等,是实现"三自"育人的主要途径。

＂Three kinds of self-doing＂ education means self-education, self-managing and self-serving. Self-education can make difference in educating others, self-managing setting up an example for others, and self-serving being followed by others. It is the mainly practical approach to realizing ＂three kinds of self-doing＂ to strengthen democratic and legal education so as to improve its awareness, reinforce democratic construction of class in order to create a democratic and harmonious class and enhance system building to establish its guiding mechanism.
