摘要
长期以来国内上市公司监事会整体缺乏独立性、有效性,废除监事会制度声音应运而生。阐述中国公司监事会制度存在的必要性,并就如何完善上市公司监事会制度、提高监事会治理的有效性提出相应的建议。
The board of supervisors of the domestic listed company is short of independence,validity entirly for a long time,sound of abolishing board of supervisors system arises.The article expounds the necessity of the board of supervisors system exist in our country ,and gives the suggestions that how to perfect the board of supervisors system of the listed company and improve the validity of administration.
