摘要
以硝酸钇、硝酸铝和硝酸钕为原料,以碳酸氢铵为沉淀剂,以聚乙二醇(PEG)为分散剂,采用共沉淀法制备了Nd︰Y3Al5O12(Nd︰YAG)纳米粉体.研究了分散剂的种类及盐溶液初始溶度对粉体性能的影响,采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜等对所制备的YAG粉体进行了表征,结果表明:所合成的YAG粉体为立方晶系石榴石结构,粉体分散均匀,粒径约50nm.随盐溶液初始溶度的增加,YAG颗粒粒径减小.
In the paper, neodymium doped yttrium-aluminum garnet Nd : Y3 Al5 O12 (Nd : YAG) nanometer powders were prepared by co-precipitation method, using yttrium nitrate, aluminum nitrate and neodymi- um nitrate as raw material, ammonium bicarbonate as precipitant, polyethylene glycol(PEG) as a disper- sant. The effects of the types of dispersant and initial solubility of salt solution on the powders properties were investigated, the YAG powders were characterized by using X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the synthesized YAG powders were cubic crystal garnet structure. The prepared powders were uniformly dispersed and the particle size was about 50 nm. YAG particle size decreased with increasing initial solubility of the salt solution.
