参灵扶正胶囊治疗HIV感染者的临床研究

Clinical study on Shen Ling Fuzheng Capsule in the treatment of HIV infected patients

目的观察参灵扶正胶囊治疗气虚型HIV感染者的临床疗效。方法采用参灵扶正胶囊治疗气虚型HIV感染者380例,疗程1年,观察指标有临床症状、体征总积分、卡洛夫斯基积分,以及CD4+细胞计数及生存质量的变化情况。结果治疗后感染者症状、体征总积分、卡洛夫斯基积分及CD4+稳定率分别为94.74%、83.95%、96.6%,临床症状、体征总积分和卡洛夫斯基积分,CD4+细胞计数,生存质量中生理领域、心理领域、社会关系及总积分改善显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论参灵扶正胶囊可显著改善气虚型HIV感染者的临床症状和体征,提高感染者的生存质量,对部分感染者的免疫功能有提高或稳定作用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shen Ling Fuzheng Capsule in the treat- ment of HIV infected patients of Qi deficiency. Method 380 cases of HIV infected patients of Qi defi- ciency were treated with Shen Ling Fuzheng Capsule for a course of 1 year. The observation index included score of clinical symptoms and signs, Karnovski score, CIM cell count, and quality of life（QOL） before and after treatment. Results The HIV-infected persons＇ stability rate of score of clinical symptoms and signs, Karnovski, CIM cell count were 94.74%, 83.95%, and 96.6% after treatment , respectively. Score of clinical symptoms and signs, Karnovski score, CIM cell count, and QOL improved significantly after treatment（ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Shen Ling Fuzheng Capsule can significantly improve clinical symptoms and signs and the quality of life of those HIV-infected persons, and can improve or stabilize immunization function in part of the HIV infected patients.
