甲状腺手术切口快速胶水粘合的临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨甲状腺手术切口不使用缝线缝合,运用医用胶水快速闭合的可行性。方法随机法将220例甲状腺手术患者分为两组,其中110例使用快速医用胶水闭合切口(B组),110例选择传统的丝线皮内缝合切口(A组),比较两组手术切口闭合时间、切口疼痛、住院时间和美容效果。结果与A组相比,B组患者的平均住院时间及切口闭合所用的时间更短,两组美观程度及切口愈合差异无统计学意义。结论医用切口闭合胶水可缩短住院时间与手术切口闭合时间,患者乐于接受,安全可行。
