摘要
[目的]建立高效液相色谱法测定玉郎伞中水黄皮素含量的方法。[方法]以CLC-ODS(6.0 mm×150 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,[0.05 mol/L庚烷磺酸钠–0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钾(3∶5)]–乙腈(1∶1)用磷酸调pH 3.0为流动相,流速1.0 ml/min,检测波长261 nm,柱温30℃。[结果]水黄皮素的线性范围为0.099~0.998μg,平均回收率为100.3%(RSD=1.2%)。[结论]所建立的HPLC法可用于玉郎伞中水黄皮素含量测定及质量控制。
[Objective]To establish HPLC method for determination of karanjin in Millettia pulchra Kurz var.Laxio(r Dunn)Z.Wei.[Methods]HPLC was conducted on CLC-ODS(6.0 mm ×150 mm,5 μm)column.The mobile phase was [0.05 mol/L sodium heptanesulphonate-0.05 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate(3∶5)]– acetonitrile(1∶1),with pH 3.0 through phosphoric acid.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.The detection wavelength was 261 nm,and column temperature was set at 30 ℃[.Results]Through HPLC analysis,the linear range of karanjin was 0.099~0.998μg,and the average recovery was 100.3% and RSD was 1.2%.[Conclusion]The HPLC established can be used for determination and quality control of karabjin in Millettia pulchra Kurz var.Laxio(r Dunn)Z.Wei.
