不同注入液的气囊导尿管不同留置时间与回抽困难的相关性分析

Analysis on correlation between indwelling time and withdrawal difficulty of balloon catheters filled with different fluid

目的:探讨分别用生理盐水和灭菌注射用水注入气囊导尿管气囊后,气囊导尿管不同留置时间与拔管困难的关系。方法:选择16Fr的气囊导尿管360根,随机分为生理盐水组和灭菌注射用水组各180根,分别注入生理盐水和灭菌注射用水。两组又分别随机分为留置1周组、2周组和4周组各60根,均分别于注入液体后1周、2周、4周回抽注入液,记录并比较每小组回抽困难的例数。同时解剖有回抽困难的导尿管,观察是否有结晶形成。结果:两种注入液组内1周组与2周组回抽困难例数比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05),组内4周组回抽困难例数均较1周组和2周组增多(P<0.05);而两种注入液所致回抽困难例数总体无统计学意义(P>0.05)。并且所有回抽困难的导尿管均无结晶形成。结论:用生理盐水和灭菌注射用水注入气囊导尿管气囊后回抽困难发生率与气囊导尿管留置时间有关,留置时间达4周时回抽困难发生率明显增高,而与注入液类型无关。

Objective： To investigate the relationship between indwelling time and withdrawal difficulty of balloon catheters injected with natural saline or sterilized water.Methods： 360 16Fr balloon catheters were randomly divided into natural saline group（NSG） and sterilized water group（SWG）,the sac was injected with natural saline or sterilized water respectively.The two groups were further divided into 1week,2week and 4 week groups,withdrawing the liquid after it had been injected 1W,2W and 4W respectively.The number of cases of withdrawal difficulty in each group was recorded and compared.All the catheters with withdrawal difficulty were dissected to observe crystallization.Results： The rates of withdrawal difficulty between 1W and 2W in NSG and SWG were not significantly different（P0.05）.But the rate of withdrawal difficulty of 4W was more than that of 1W and 2W in both NSG and SWG（P0.05）.The difference between NSG and SWG was not significant（P0.05）.And all balloon catheters with withdrawal difficulty had no crystallization formed.Conclusion： The rate of withdrawal difficulty of balloon catheters injected with natural saline or sterilized water were related to the indwelling time of the fluid,and the rate of withdrawal difficulty increases obviously in 4W,but the rate of withdrawal difficulty has no relation to the nature of liquid injected.
