摘要
为解决装甲车乘员舱内温度控制问题,设计了基于CAN总线的半导体温控系统。系统使用AT89S51单片机作为控制器,多个DS18B20传感器构成分布式制冷节点,利用车内已有的CAN总线资源实现控制器对车内各制冷节点的温度控制。采用增量式PID算法调整PWM波脉宽控制半导体制冷片工作状态。在给定目标温度的前提下,进行了80 min的制冷实验。实验结果证明,系统性能稳定可靠,制冷效果达到预期要求。
To solve the problem of crew compartment temperature control of the armored vehicle, the thesis design a semiconductor temperature control system based on CAN bus. The system uses AT89S51 as a controller and multi DS18B20 sensor composing make up of distributed refrigerant node, the existent CAN bus of armored vehicle also be utilized to control the refrigeration node in vehicle. It also uses an increment PID algorithm to modulate width of pulse so as to control the work estate of the semiconductor cooling piece. Carry through refrigerant experiment for eighty minutes based on an assumed temperature. Experiments results show that the system is stable and reliable, the cooling effect reach to our expectations.
