摘要
知名运动员作为社会的公众人物,在社会上有一定的影响力,特别是其商事人格权容易成为侵权对象。澳大利亚和南非等国主要通过商标法和仿冒侵权行为保护知名运动员的商事人格权,对我国知名运动员商事人格权的保护启示有一定的借鉴意义。
The well- known athletes as public figures in society have a certain influence in tile community. Especially, their Commercial Personality Rights easily become infringing ohject. Countries such as Australia and South Africa are mainly through the Trademark Law and Commercial Personality Right counterfeit infringement of the protection of well - known athletes and certain referential significance, the protection of China's well- known athletes Commercial Personality Right revelation.
