摘要
教练员是提高竞技体育运动训练水平的关键因素,其队伍综合素质的高低直接影响着该地区竞技体育水平的提升。运用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈、统计和综合分析等方法,对湖南省竞技体育教练员队伍现状进行调查,以期为湖南省竞技体育教练员队伍的进一步建设发展提供一些思路。
The key factors to improve the level of competitive sports training are coaches. The comprehensive quality of coach team affects the level of competitive sports in the region. Using the literature research, questionnaire survey, interview, statistics and comprehensive analysis, an investigation was made on the present situation of coach team in Hunan province, so as to provide some ideas on further construction and development of competitive sports coaches in Hunan province.
