摘要
依据拓展训练的最新研究成果,结合我国普通高校体育课现状,在专家调查的基础上,采用文献资料、问卷调查、实验、数理统计等方法,对拓展训练理念融入高校体育课教学比赛的可行性、模式和价值等进行了研究,得出结论如下:拓展训练理念融入体育课教学比赛是可行的,主要体现在能够促进大学生身、心、群的协调发展,减少大学生综合素质与社会需求之间的差距,增强学生参加体育锻炼的积极性等方面。
Based on experts' survey and the latest research results of extended training home and abroad, combined with the college PE courses status, this thesis makes a study on the necessity, feasibility, principles and patterns of extended training integrating into teaching match of public PE courses from both theoretical and empirical aspects. Documentary analysis, interview, questionnaire survey, experimental method and mathematical statistics are all employed to complete the thesis. It is concluded as follows: the extended training enables college students to have better physical health, higher psychological endurance and improved cooperative and communicative capacities, helps to diminish the gap between the overall quality of college students and social demand and stimulates college students' initiatives to participate in physical activities. Therefore, integrating extended training into public PE courses of higher education is necessary and feasible.
