一例早期梅毒患者的案例分析

A case study of early Syphilis

目的分析江苏国际旅行卫生保健中心江阴分中心日常体检过程中检出一名早期梅毒阳性感染者的事例。方法分析目前针对早期梅毒的检测方法,以及如何有效确诊早期梅毒感染者。结果通过分析三种临床实验室最常用的检测方法,及分子生物学方法,探讨检测早期梅毒最适合的检测方法。结论对于早期梅毒要选择敏感性和特异性高的检测方法,并结合临床症状、体征和不洁性接触史以明确诊断。

Objective A case of diagnosing a early Syphilis through daily health examination in Jiangsu International Travel Health Care Center is analyses. Methods Explore the early diagnosis method and how to effectively diagnose the early Syphilis carriers. Results The optimal diagnosis method are selected through three most common test methods and molecular biology method. Conclusion The early diagnosis method with high sensibility and specificity,combined with clinical symptoms and unsanitary sexual contact should be used to diagnose early Syphilis.
