社区体检中静脉抽血眩晕发生的原因及防治措施

Factors analysis of Vertigo at Venepuncture for blood collection in community health examination and the strategies of prevention and treatment

目的探讨社区体检时静脉抽血眩晕发生的原因及防治措施。方法对社区体检时静脉抽血发生眩晕的21例患者的资料进行回顾性分析,从生物、心理和社会适应三个方面分析眩晕发生的原因,并提出相应的防治措施。结果 21例眩晕者在针对各种原因作出相应处理后完全恢复,无后遗症状。结论通过分析静脉抽血时眩晕发生的各种原因,密切观察,积极采取措施可减少眩晕发生,确保社区体检安全有效进行。

Objective This article aims to investigate the cause of vertigo at venepuncture for blood collection in community health examination and the strategies of prevention and treatment. Methods The data of 21 cases that had suffered with vertigo at venepuncture for blood collection was analyzed retrospectively. The cause of vertigo was investigated from 3 aspects： biologic,psychologic,and social adjustment aspect. The strategies for prevention and treatment were also suggested. Results 21 cases that had gone through vertigo were treated promptly,leaving no sequelae. Conclusion Through factors analysis,we can take effective measures to cut down the incidence rate of vertigo at venepuncture for blood collection,and ensure community health examination going smoothly.
