棉花病毒诱导基因沉默体系构建 被引量:2

摘要 探索了病毒诱导基因沉默载体在棉花上的应用,由烟草脆裂病毒(TRV)改造的pTV00载体,构建了棉花标记PDS基因病毒诱导基因沉默的载体,成功建立了棉花病毒诱导基因沉默体系。
