摘要
针对轮槽精铣刀后刀面造型难精度低的问题,对刀具的三维建模中后刀面的几何造型进行了研究。应用成型铣刀设计的基础理论推导出了轮槽精铣刀齿背曲线的数学模型,依据该数学模型和选定的刀具参数,利用SolidWorks建立了枞树型轮槽精铣刀后刀面的精确三维实体模型,并生成了二维工程图。这为对轮槽精铣刀进行有限元分析、几何参数的优化以及数控加工自动编程提供了一种新的实用建模方法。
Since clearance flank modeling of the finishing milling cutters with fir - slot is difficult and poor accuracy, clearance flank geometry modeling of the cutter 3D modeling is studied . The mathematical model of tooth back curve of the finishing milling cutter with fir - slot is deduced on the basis of formed milling cutter design theory. The 3D model of the cutter is established by SolidWorks according to the mathematical model and selected tool parameters, and two - dimensional engineering drawing is supplied. This provides a new practical modeling method for the finite element analysis and optimization of geometrical parameters and NC automatic programming of the finishing milling cutters with fir - slot.
