Interpretation of the Development Course of Socialist Political Civilization with Chinese Characteristics

政治文明是个系统工程,它由文明的政治理念和文明的政治制度共同构成。在中国社会主义政治文明发展进程中,以毛泽东为核心的中国共产党第一代领导集体倾向于政治理念文明的建设;以邓小平为核心的第二代领导集体倾向于政治制度文明的建设。而邓小平以后的中央领导集体已经开始自觉于政治制度文明和政治理念文明的有机结合,从而开创了中国特色社会主义政治文明发展之新局面。

Political civilization is a systematic project, which is composed of both the civilized political concept and the civilized political system. During the development course of the Chinese socialist political civilization, the MAO Ze-dong-centred first generation of the collective leadership of the CPC tended was more inclined to build a civilized political concept and the DENG Xiao-ping-centred second generation of the collective leadership of the CPC was more inclined to build a civilized political system. Then after- wards, the CPC has fully realized the importance of a combination of the both, thus creating a new situa- tion of the socialist political civilization with Chinese characteristics.
