摘要
目的:研究在洁净室环境控制系统设计中,洁净室的空气速度场和温度场对洁净室工效的影响。方法:运用Gambit软件对某净化实验室进行三维建模和网格划分,并采用商用计算流体力学(CFD)软件Fluent模拟计算该净化室的流场和温度场。结果:数值仿真结果显示,采用上送上回的送风方式可以大体上满足洁净室的设计要求。结论:该研究为净化室内的气流组织优化设计和空调系统控制研究提供了一定的参考。
Objective To study the effects of the air velocity and temperature fields on the functions of the clean room when designing its environment control system. Mecthocls Gambit software was used for 3D modeling and grid partitioning of some clean laboratory and commercial Computational Fluid Dynamics （CFD） software was applied to the simulation of flow field and temperature field, Ratmlts The numerical simulation results showed that the air delivery mode of up-supply and up-return could meet the designed requirements of the clean room.
