A Case Study on Evolution of the Impacts of Inter-organizational Trust on Supply Chain Information System

摘要 供应链信息系统是目前供应链信息共享、流程整合的最重要的手段,但目前供应链信息系统的应用存在着很多障碍。本文通过对由一个供应商和一个制造商组成的局部供应链案例的分析,得出了组织间信任治理在信息系统环境下的演化路径和条件,以及其对供应链信息系统应用的影响机制。案例研究表明,组织间信任与供应链信息系统应用之间存在着相互制约、相互促进的关系。 Supply chain information is the most important method for supply chain information sharing,processing integration and so on,but nowadays there are many obstacles in the application of supply chain information system.The paper analyzes a case about a partial supply chain made of a supplier and a manufacture,and then gets the evolution route and conditions of inter-organizational trust governance under the context of information system,and its impact mechanism in applying the supply chain information system.The case study indicates that there is complex interactive relationship between the inter-organizational trust and the supply chain information system.
