摘要
通过对 ZG3 0 Cr Ni Mo钢热处理工艺的试验研究 ,找出了采用该钢制造大型热轧机轴承座的强韧化热处理工艺方法 .扩散退火—高温奥氐体化淬火一高温回火可以获得最佳的综合力学性能 .同时发现 ZG3 0 Cr Ni Mo钢与同成分材质锻钢相比 。
A method to improve the strength and toughness of the cast-steel ZG30CrNiMo for the bearing of the large-scale hot rolling mach ine was found by study on the heat treatment process of steel. The optimum c ombination mechanical property of the steel was obtained in the process of diffu sion annealing-high temperature austenization quenching-high temperature temp er ing. It was also found that the cast-steel ZG30CrNiMo had considerable tendency to tempering brittleness compared with the forge-steel with similar compositio n.
