兰州市社区卫生服务中心基本情况分析

Analysis on Basic Conditions of Lanzhou Community Health Service Center

目的:分析兰州市社区卫生服务中心的基本情况。方法:通过实地调研、问卷调查,采用Delphi法进行指标筛选和确定指标权重,评价兰州市社区卫生服务中医药现状和水平,分析兰州市社区卫生服务中心基本情况。结果:90%社区卫生服务中心已经纳入医疗保险定点机构;所有社区卫生服务中心平均服务半径为2.51公里,平均服务面积为8.5平方公里;所有参与调查社区卫生服务中心社区户籍总人口最少9 037人,最多110 000人,平均3 1143.9人,实际服务人口最少1 453人,最多120 000人,平均32 919.9人,拥有正规病床数平均17.3张;每个社区卫生服务中心平均有全科医师9.25人,中医执业医师5.63人,社区护士13.25人,获得社区护理岗位培训合格护士占49%,中医院校毕业护士占16%。结论:兰州市所辖区域社区卫生服务中心以公立机构为主;实际工作中体现了中西医并重的发展理念;服务范围、服务人口及病床数的统计学结果符合社区卫生服务的工作实际。

Objective： To analyze the basic conditions of Lanzhou community health service center. Method： Basic conditions of Lanzhou community health service center were analyzed, current conditions and levels of TCM in community health services were assessed through field investigation and questionnaire. Indexes weight was deter- mined and the indexes were screened with Delphi method. Result： Nearly 90% of community health service centers have been included into designated organizations of medical insurance. Average service radius of all community health service centers were 2.51kilometers, average service area were 8.5 square kilometers; all the community health service center owned the population of at least 9 037, the most 110 000, average 31 143.9, the center could served for actual population of the least 1 453, the most 120 000, average 32 919.9, average normal beds were 17.3. There were 9.25 general practitioners in each of community health service center, 5.63 TCM practitioners, 13.25 community nurses, qualified nurses reached 49%, and nurses who graduated from TCM colleges accounted for 16%. Conclusion： Community health service centers of Lanzhou are mainly public institutions; it completely reflects the balance of western medicine and TCM; the results of service range, population and bed number could meet the actual meaning of community health service.
