摘要
为了提高车载开关压力检测在测试过程中的智能化水平,开发了车载开关压力的自动检测与控制系统.通过阐述测试系统的硬件构成,完成信号调理电路的设计.根据测试参数指标,对数据采集卡进行了选择,以及针对实际调试过程中产生的噪声干扰信号提出了有效抑制措施.研究结果表明,该系统可以对测试过程中的各参数进行在线监测,测试数据准确,该系统的测试结果可以作为判断开关是否合格的标准.
An automatic detection and control system for automotive pressure switch was developed,which improves the intelligent of automotive pressure switch in testing process.The paper expounds the hardware structure of test system,and designs signal conditioning circuit(CMMR is up to 115dB which is proved by experiment).According to the test parameters standard,the data acquisition card was chosen.In view of the noise interference signals in the actual debugging process,this paper puts forward effective control measures.The study shows that the system can fulfill accurately online monitoring for the parameters in the test process.So the system test results can be as the standard of qualified switch.
