摘要
改善沥青路面的低温抗裂性能,对提高沥青路面的使用寿命具有重要的意义.研究通过对SBR,SBS改性沥青替代基质沥青,消石灰处理石料表面以及掺加木质纤维技术制备的不同结构类型的沥青混合料进行低温性能测试对比分析,结果显示:SBR与SBS改性沥青技术使沥青路面的低温性能提高30.2%~39.7%,效果最佳;消石灰处理石料表面以及掺加木质纤维技术的提高幅度为26.5%~33.3%.另外,同种措施对不同路面结构产生的结果不同,呈现出SMA路面的改善效果优于AC路面的规律.
It is great significance for enhancing the service life of the asphalt to improve the low temperature anti-cracking property of the asphalt pavement.Through matrix asphalt is substituted SBR and SBS modified asphalt,hydrated lime processing surface of stone and mixed with wood fiber technology preparation different structure types of asphalt mixture.It is to comparative analysis of low-temperature performance tests,the results show that SBR and SBS modified asphalt technology makes the low temperature performance of the asphalt increased to 30.2%~39.7%,the performance is best;Hydrated lime processing surface of stone and mixed with wood fiber technology is increased by 26.5%~33.3%.In addition,the same kind of measures produce different results in different pavement structure.It presents that SMA pavement improvement effect is better than AC pavement.
