摘要
基于齿廓法线法,提出一种简单的非圆齿轮齿廓的数值算法,将非圆齿轮齿廓的计算转化为求啮合瞬心的问题.基于插齿刀的几何模型,有效地解决了对于内凹节曲线齿轮齿廓的求解,当非圆齿轮的齿廓为圆弧,正弦等曲线时,此方法一样简洁有效.
Based on the tooth profile normal line method,a simple numerical algorithm for the teeth profile of non-circular gear was proposed,which transformed the calculation of tooth profile of non-circular geer into seeking engagement instantaneous center problems.The geometric model based on Pinion Cutter is an effective solution for the gear tooth profile with the inner sunken curve.When the teeth profile of non-circular gear is arc,sin curve,etc,the geometric model is also a simple and effective method.
