论家庭“冷暴力”及其立法思考

On family "cold violence" and its legislation

家庭暴力行为自古有之。随着社会的发展,家庭"冷暴力"行为成了当前我国家庭暴力的主要形式。而目前我国在家庭"冷暴力"方面的立法尚属空白。通过对家庭"冷暴力"行为进行法律上的梳理分析,为将来反家庭"冷暴力"的立法找出理论上的依据。

The family violence has existed since ancient times. With the development of society, the family ＂cold violence＂ has become the main form of family violence in China. At present, the family ＂cold violence＂ legislation is still a blank in our country. This article reviews the family ＂cold violence＂ at the legal level in order to find theoretical basis for the legislation of family ＂cold violence＂ in the future.
