摘要
北宋时期羊肉消费大行其道。在丧失主要畜牧草场的情况下,为满足巨大的羊肉市场需求,北宋政府除进口羊肉外,还依托这一时期的"暖干"型气候,在境内种植业边缘区发展牧羊业,基本满足了羊肉消费供应。
The consumption of mutton in the Northern Song dynasty was popular. In spite of loss of main pasture animal husbandry, the government of the Northern Song dynasty imported mutton and depended on the dry climate to develop sheep husbandry in the margin of planting areas to meet the need for a great amount of mutton.
