摘要
叙述了3-羟基吡啶及其衍生物的合成方法,主要介绍了吡啶磺化碱融法、糠胺氧化水解法、呋喃酮氨解法、呋喃甲酸衍生物法、噁唑法和3-羟基吡啶衍生法等6种主要合成方法,同时叙述了3-羟基吡啶的一些重要衍生物的合成方法和在医药、农药、染料等领域的应用。
This paper described the synthesis method of 3 - hydroxypyridine and its derivatives. There are main- ly six methods including pyridine sulfonated alkali fusion method, 2 - furfurylamine oxidative hydrolysis method, fura- none ammonolysis method, furoic acid derivatives method, oxazole method, and 3 - hydroxypyridine derivative meth- od. This paper also described synthesis of 3 - hydroxypyridine and its some important derivatives, and applications medicine, pesticide, dyestuff.
