网络反腐使一批贪腐人员受到了法律的惩处,有效预防、遏制了腐败现象的蔓延势头,弥补了传统反腐制度的不足,有利于提升党的执政能力和推进中国的民主化进程,但会对无辜人造成伤害,增加贪腐案件的查处困难,妨碍贪腐案件的公正处理。为充分发挥网络反腐功能,必须建设健康的网络文化,提高网络技术,建立和完善相关法律制度和网络反腐信息的管理机制。

Network anti-corruption has punished a batch of corrupt officials by law, effectively prevented and curbed the momentum of the spread of corruption and made up for the deficiency of the traditional anti-corruption system. It is conducive to promote the Party＇s ruling ability and Chinas democratization, but at the same time it may harm innocent people, increase the difficulty in investigating corruption cases, and hinder fairness and justice. Proper functioning of network anti-corruption requires building a healthy Interoct culture, improving the network technology as well as establishing and perfecting relevant legal systems and network information management mechanisms against corruption.
