摘要
华为公司利用知识产权支撑、促进企业发展,自1987年由6名员工、2.1万元资产发展成当今销售3百多亿美元的世界一流跨国企业。华为公司知识产权保护战略构成其总体战略的主要部分,注重知识产权专业部门的设置和知识产权专业人才的选拔和培养,保障自主知识产权研发、他人知识产权使用、知识产权保护所需的巨额资金,建立切实可行的知识产权管理制度,保护专利、商业标识、商业秘密,为我国企业保护知识产权提供了宝贵经验。
Huawei Company, set up in 1987 with only 6 employees and $ 21,000 worth of assets, has now developed into one of the world' s leading multinational companies by employ IPR to support and promote its expansion. IPR protection strategies constitute a major part of its overall strategy. Huawei puts great emphasis on the setting of IPR sector,and the selection and cultivation of professional talents. It guarantees an enormous fund for its autonomous research and development of IPR, its use of outside IPR, and its IPR protection. Besides, it established operable? management systems to protect patents, business loges and trade secrets. Huawei has provided Chinese enterprises with important experience for IPR protection.
