摘要
首次建立一次性纸杯中重金属铅的含量测定方法。取一定量的一次性纸杯炽灼灰化,残渣用水定容,取不同体积与硫代乙酰胺作用形成颜色梯度,与不同体积的标准铅与硫代乙酰胺作用形成颜色梯度比较,从而计算重金属的含量范围。该法操作简单、准确、可靠,重金属铅的检测限为百万分之二;该法适合测定纸杯中重金属铅含量。结果表明,试验中纸杯的重金属铅含量超标。
To establish a determination method for heavy metal Pb in paper cups. Igniting and ashing the paper cup of a certain quantity, and dissolving the residue to a certain volume with water, making the solution with various volume react with thiacetamide and color gradient can be formed, comparing with which standard Pb' reaction, accordingly to determine the content interval of heavy metals. The method is simple, accurate and reliable. The limit of quantitation is 2 ppm. It can be used for the determination of heavy metal Pb in paper cups. The result of determination can be showed that heavy metal is excessive in paper cups.
