摘要
内向和外向视角对团队建设的研究各有其局限,且它们对团队内部过程、外部活动与团队凝聚力的关系以及团队内部过程、外部活动与团队绩效间关系的研究结论存在矛盾和冲突。以结构方程的路径分析技术进行假设检验,研究发现:内向边界管理对外向边界管理影响显著,证明二者具有相互支持与互补的协同关系;内向边界管理对团队凝聚力、绩效有显著影响;外向边界管理对团队凝聚力、绩效有预测作用;凝聚力对内向边界管理与团队绩效间关系具有部分中介作用。
There are limitations in studies of team building from the internal processes, boundary spanning activities, cohesion different perspectives. The conclusions of relations between and performance are contradictory in those studies. A sur- vey was used to collect relevant data for study of these issues. Path analysis were conducted for hypothesis testing. There are some conclusions as follow.. First, inward-facing boundary management has a significant effect on outward-facing boundary management, which means the mutual supportive and synergic relation between them; Second, inward facing boundary management has a significant effect on cohesion and performancel Third, the assumption on relationships be- tween outward facing boundary management,cohesion and performance is supported partially' Fourth, the mediating roles of team cohesion to the relationship between inward facing boundary management and team performance are supported.
